Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Jansens Hallmark & Boutique! We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items and earrings are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Jansens Hallmark & Boutique reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Jansens Hallmark and Boutique to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Jansens Hallmark & Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Securely pack your merchandise, return/exchange form and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and an $5 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction.  Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
